FAQ:
How Schedule Adjustments Are Processed?
1. Ambassadors need to submit online requests by 3pm for them to be processed next day.
2. Administrator Coordinator (Maricela), reviews google excel Form on the daily basis.
Requests are combined in one email per team, and sent to the Team Leads, with CC to Program Manager (Fernando) and Administrator Coordinator (Maricela), for review by 5pm.
3. Team Leads review requests, and send approval / denial by noon the following business day to the Program Manager (Fernando) and to Administrator Coordinator (Maricela).
4. Program Manager (Fernando) reviews approval / denial emails from Team Leads, and makes his final approval / denial to the Administrator Coordinator (Maricela) by 3pm the same day.
5. Administrator Coordinator (Maricela) then will update Google Calendar, and send email confirmation. If Administrator Coordinator (Maricela) is absent, Program Manager (Fernando), then can update Google Calendar, and send email confirmation for time sensitive requests.
